Eat like the greeks do. Back in the days you would go into the kitchen to choose your meal. We still do that. Come and see for yourself and pick between Moussaka, vine leaves (ntolmades), stuffed Santorini tomatoes, etc..

Every morning we will visit the local fishermen and farmers on the square in Emporio to look out for the freshest ingredients. Seasonal is king. Oh and if its windy don't expect too much fish choice. Makes sense, right?
